JANUARY, 2009 - MAY, 2009 Key responsibilities: • Analyzing, consolidating & developing the Nokia internal trends & consumer/user research material with qualitative & quantitative data. • Planning & managing externally conducted studies that complement the trend analysis work. • Analyzing the research results in cooperation with the rest of the internal teams when required. • Participating cross Consumer Futures & cross C&CI level futures & insights projects. • Maintaining & building networks with research agencies & other external collaboration partners to develop knowledge & new methodologies base, especially in the areas of future opportunity identification Key Contributions / Achievements: • Participating & planning (macro & micro) Scenario creation for strategic purposes with consumer/ usage focus. • ManaBuilding specific Consumer cases around new business opportunities identified by Trends Teams • Executing & developing new analysis & opportunity identification methods |
